House Overview
Picturesque Leitrim village is just a 2-hour drive from Dublin. Here you will find the wonderful and unique Leitrim Quay development, which offers 9 beautiful modern houses, each supplied with a private boat, which is moored in its own Marina.
Boat not available in Off Season: November 17th to 9th March
There are 3 bedrooms- 1 double and 2 twin sleeping 6 people.
Modern spacious houses with open plan living/dining area.
Fully fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Open fire and electric central heating. Bed linen and towels provided. Private parking.
Leitrim village is adjacent to the River Shannon and is only five minutes drive from Carrick-on-Shannon where there is an extensive range of facilities including a leisure centre, golf courses and restaurants.
Electricity is taken by meter reading on arrival and again on departure and is an extra charge. (24c per unit daily & 12c per unit nightly).
Boat Diesel: Diesel is charged per running hour of the boat-engine and will be approximately EU4.80 per hour. V.A.T will be added.
Leisure activities:
River Cruising, Angling, Walking, Touring, Forest Parks, Horse Riding & Pony Trekking. Leisure Centre and Golf Course nearby.
Pubs & Restaurants within a 5-minute drive.
