Ard Carraig is a small development of just eight luxurious three bedroomed self catering holiday homes located a peaceful, country setting just outside the picturesque town of Kenmare.

These architecturally designed homes offer bright, spacious, comfortable rooms, all mod cons and are finished to an extremely high standard.

The holiday homes are laid out in a very attractive courtyard style, boasting wonderful woodland and mountain views and provide a perfect base from which to explore the famous Ring of Kerry and the Beara Peninsula

These three bedroomed self catering houses are tastefully decorated and sleep six. The accommodation comprises of one king size double bedroom (with television, DVD player and en suite bathroom), one twin bedroom and another double bedroom.

The fully fitted kitchen/dining area is equipped for all your self catering needs with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer, while the comfortable living room (with open fire, television and DVD player) is a welcome haven to come home to after a days activities.

Bed linen and duvets are provided, beds are made up on arrival and cots are available on request.

There is private car parking.

Extra Charges:

A Security Deposit of €150 cash is requested on arrival. For Bank Holiday Weekends / New Years Eve the deposit is €250. The deposit will be refunded on/after departure once the local supervisor confirms the houses booked were left in an acceptable condition. If 2 or more houses are booked the security deposit is €500 per house.
Electricity is meter read and payable on site.
Heating Oil is a Fixed Charge - €5 per night May to September and €10 per night for the rest of the year.
