Ardgroom, situated on the Beara Peninsula, is a brightly painted and well maintained village, overlooking Kenmare Bay and on the Ring of Beara route. Nearby, at Derryvegal Lake, Freshwater fishing can be enjoyed. In Canfie, there is a stone circle dating from 1000BC. These stone alignments are believed to be ancient calendars.

The Beara Peninsula is the wildest and most romantic of the peninsulas in the South West. The peninsula stretches for a distance of 48km from Glengarriff to Dursey Island and back to Kenmare. The peninsula has an unspoilt and magnificent landscape, which sweeps from the spine of the Caha hills down to the shores of Bantry Bay and Kenmare Bay.

These are brand new houses for 2006, situated within the picturesque village of Ardgroom. These are 3 bedroomed houses that sleep 6.

Extra Charges

Electricity:

€6.00 per night from June-September inclusive and €8.00 per night from October-May inclusive. Please note that if electricity usage exceeds these rates it is payable on departure.

Pets are welcome but please note there is a €35 charge payable on site per dog.

Towels are not provided at Ardgroom Leisure Village.

Refundable Damage Deposit: A security deposit of €150.00 in cash is mandatory upon check-in. This money will be refunded on departure providing the holiday home is left in the same condition as it was found.
