Superbly located in the heart of Bundoran and just 50 metres from the main street, these two bedroom apartments have views over Bundoran Beach and Golf Course. Convenient for all the amenities Bundoran has to offer and ideal for either families or couples.

Each of the apartments can accommodate up to four people in either a double bedroom and a twin bedroom or two double bedrooms. There is a main bathroom with bath and an ensuite bathroom with shower in each apartment.).

The apartments have fully fitted open plan kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven and hob and microwave. The living area is comfortably furnished and has TV.

Bed linen is provided but towels are not. Cots and highchairs are subject to availability. If you have requested a cot please note that cot linen is not provided.

All apartments have stunning views of Bundoran's Blue Flag Beach and the links golf course can also be seen.

There is private parking to the rear of the apartments.

Extra Charges:
Electricity for heating and lighting is an extra charge and is payable to the supervisor before departure. Electricity is charged at €6.00 euro per day in June, July, and August and €9.00 euro per day for the remaining months.

A security deposit of €150.00 must be given to the supervisor on arrival and can be paid using cash or credit card. If this security deposit is paid in cash it will be returned to you within 7 days of departure provided the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with.

NB: Due to problems with previous bookings, as per the owners instructions, groups with young adults under 25 years of age are not permitted for the following weekends: St.Patricks Weekend and the weekend of the 12th July.
