Situated on the beautiful Dingle Peninsula and only two miles from the lovely village of Ballyferriter is this superb four bedroom detached house set on its own plot of land. Three of the bedrooms have a double and single bed in each and the fourth room offers two sets of bunk beds. The house has immaculately landscaped gardens both front and rear with private parking.

The exterior of the house is partially stone-faced with a traditional slate roof. The interior is spacious throughout and tastefully decorated with wooden floors and under floor heating. The hallway leads to an open plan living and dining area complete with wood burning stove. A conservatory at the rear of the house leads to a patio area with barbeque.

From the conservatory, there are panoramic views of The Three Sisters and Smerwick Harbour. The house itself is only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach at Béal Bán, which commands breathtaking views of the harbour and Mount Brandon.

Extra Charges:

A €100 Secuirty Deposit is requested on arrival - this will be refunded provided that there have been no breakages/damages and the house has been left in a clean and tidy condition.
Electricity is taken by meter reading on arrival and again on departure and is an extra charge.
