House Overview

Colina Del Paraiso is new self catering resort (opened July 2008) located between the towns of Marbella and Estepona. Set in the hills of El Paraiso, this tranquil setting offers a perfect mix of relaxation and leisure. The resort boast a host of facilities including three swimming pools, tennis courts, children's playground, games room and a range of other activities.

All units are three bed (sleeping six) and designed in a modern Mediterranean style with marble throughout, free WiFi and all the comforts that you would expect from a top class self catering facility. There are three different property types offering alternatives to suit your ideal holiday. All units boast:

Three bed Penthouses:
The luxury penthouse apartments at Colina del Paraíso offer the ultimate in grandeur and indulgence. Perfect for someone looking for that extra level of privacy and comfort. The penthouses are furnished in a contemporary Mediterranean style. They offer additional space and storage as well all the usual conveniences that you would expect from a top class self catering facility.

The spacious dining-living area on the ground floor leads onto an ample covered terrace which is ideal for outdoor dining. The deluxe kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standards with Siemens integrated microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a separate utility room.

On the lower floor you have three spacious bedrooms (sleeps six) with balconies overlooking some breathtaking views. Two bedrooms have en suites and the penthouse apartments also have a sizable family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. The bedrooms comprise of a double or twin beds (please let us know which bed configuration you would prefer when making your booking).

On the top floor is the most wonderful and impressive rooftop sun terrace with its own private swimming pool, fridge and sink area. This area is the perfect place to relax, sunbathe and enjoy outdoor living commanding wonderful vistas of the Mediterranean.

Three Bed Townhouse:
The ground floor comprises of the fully fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer which is independent of the open plan dining-living area. From the spacious dining-living area you can access a ground floor covered terrace. There is also a separate restroom. Each of the three bedrooms on the first floor have an en-suite bathroom and comprise of a double or twin beds (please let us know which bed configuration you would prefer when making your booking). Each townhouse has its own private rooftop terrace boasting a large Jacuzzi, making it the perfect spot for sunbathing or just to relax overlooking the views of the Mediterranean. Each rooftop terrace also has a fridge as well as sun loungers and a table and chairs seating up to 6 people.

Townhouses are furnished in a contemporary Mediterranean style. As well as a wide screen television, DVD player and marble throughout, each property has all the usual facilities that you would expect from a top class self catering facility. This is the ideal choice for a large group or family who may also require more space during their stay.

Three bed apartment:
The three bedrooms (sleeps six) two of which have an en-suite bathroom and comprise of a double or twin bed (please let us know when booking which you require). There is also a large family bathroom with separate shower and bath. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer and it is independent of the open plan dining-living area. From the spacious dining-living area you can access a very large terrace, some of which is covered and the ideal venue for enjoying outdoor dining. There are sun loungers as well as table and chairs seating up to 6 people. The remainder of the terrace provides ample sunbathing space. There is also access from the bedrooms to the terrace.
