Leisure activities:

Guests have the use of an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym at Grouse Lodge Recording Studios which is a three minute walk. There are towels, changing rooms and showers available. The swimming pool is strictly by appointment only. Opening times 9am-12pm and 3pm-6pm.

Stroll through the woods and see exotic plants and trees imported from all over the world. There are many signs of wildlife and you never know who you might meet in your rambles! Don't forget to pack suitable walking boots.

There are bicycles with the house available for use free of charge, handy for cycling to the swimming pool or cycle the local country roads. Boat hire and coarse fishing in the local lake of Lilliput. Clay pigeon shooting can be arranged. A helicopter ride can be arranged. Pick up at Grouse Lodge.

The Nearest shop and pub to Coolatore House is Rosemoutn which is 2 miles from the house.


The nearest restuarant would be in Moate which is 7/8 miles from the house.
