House Overview

The cottages are situated overlooking Lake Inchiquin with panoramic views of Mullaghmore and are a 5 minute drive from all the amenities.

Corofin, a traditional angling centre, is ideally located for exploring the world famous Burren landscape with its abundance of exotic flora and limestone crevices.

The Cliffs of Moher, Leamaneh Castle and the Health Spa at Lisdoonvarna are all within touring distance and day trips can be made to the Aran Islands from nearby Doolin. Closer to the cottages, and well worth a visit, are Dysart O'Dea's archaeology centre and the Clare Heritage centre.

  • Cottages have Living/Dining room with TV and open fire.
  • Kitchens have cooker, fridge and microwaves.
  • Ground floor bathroom with shower.


Extra Charges:

A €100 Security Deposit is required on arrival - this will be refunded provided that there have been no breakages/damages and the house has been left in a clean and tidy condition.
Electricity - meter read and is an extra charge.
Bed linen included and towels available to hire.
Cots & High Chairs avilable (subject to availability)
Pets welcome at a cost of €20 per stay.

Corofin is located at the southern end of the Burren and is often described as the gateway to the Burren. It is a quiet, picturesque village, though there is a lively nightlife in the town during the tourist season.

Love this place

“We stayed at this location 2 years ago. Our first trip to Ireland. Loved the place. It was so nice to have a place to call home for a week and base our travels from there every day. There is even a washer/dryer so that you don't have to go home with a weeks worth of laundry to take care of. Every morning I was able to have my coffee looking out over the lake, make our plans for the days travel and know that at night I would have a nice, comfortable place to come back to. ”
