House Overview

Set in the peaceful village of Durrus, close to Dunmanus Bay in the heart of West Cork, these two and three bedroomed holiday homes were designed to reflect the traditional buldings of Durrus, and are an ideal base from which to explore this wonderful area.

The houses are perfectly located, right in the heart of the village and close to all amenitites, including the Good Things Cafe, listed in the Bridgestone Top 100 Restaurants guide.

Each house has a bright and spacious living room - perfect for relaxing, with comfortable furniture, open fire and television. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for all your self catering needs and has oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

There are two types of houses in Durrus Holiday Homes to choose from with the bedroom layouts as follows:

• Three bedroom (Sleeping 5 people): One double bedroom (with ensuite bathroom), one twin bedroom and one single bedroom
• Two bedroom (Sleeping 4 people): One double bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) and one twin bedroom (some of which have ensuite bathrooms)

Outside, the houses have sharded gardens and private parking.

Bed linen is included and towels are available to hire.

Extra Charges:
A security deposit of €100 is required on arrival, this will be provided that there have been no breakages/damages and the house has been left in a clean and tidy condition.
Electricity is meter read and payable on site.
Bed linen provided. Towels Available at an extra charge.
Cots and highchairs are available on request for a fee of €5 each per stay. (Please request at time of booking)
