Beautiful Scandinavian style 2 storey wooden chalet on the banks of the River Erne within a great development of only 23 units.

Two bedroom (some with 1 x double, 1 x twin, others with 2 x double) two bathroom (each with electrical shower), sleeps up to six comfortably (double sofa-bed in lounge). The lodges have a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area and come equipped with all mod cons including LCD TV (living room & both bedrooms), DVD, stereo, surround sound, cable TV and a wood burning stove.

The kitchen has dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, electric hob and oven. There are three balconies (two covered) offering river and forest views, garden furniture, a gas BBQ, gas patio-heater and a hot tub (extra charge 6€/day or 30Eur/week). For those with young children there is a travel-cot, stair-guard, high-chair and selection of children’s DVDs. The lodges come with direct access to the River Erne for fishing, boating /water sports and swimming. Each lodge has their own open plan garden area.

There are 2 lodges available for rent and they are 50m apart. We would ask guests to refrain from smoking indoors.

The nearest convenience store, pub, café, restaurant and golf are in Belturbet (2km). The nearest children’s playground is in Belturbet.

Golfers can enjoy the nearby Belturbet Golf Course (2km) or the Slieve Russell Hotel and Championship Golf Course (8km). There is also horse-riding and trail-walking close by, and Cavan town offering all the attractions of a major regional town is a 10-15 min drive away. The town of Belturbet (2km) offers a range of traditional pubs and nightly entertainment. For fine dining, why not try the Slieve Russell Hotel or The Radisson SAS Farnham Estate (Cavan Town). Belturbet is just over 1 and half hours drive from Dublin and home to the Emerald Star cruise line. The nearest leisure facilities are in Cavan town.
