House Overview

This exclusive development of holiday homes is very well located in the seaside village of Rosslare Strand. The 3 bed bright and spacious houses are detached and are situated on landscaped grounds. The holiday homes are in an excellent location with a sandy beach within walking distance as are local shops, bars, hotels and some excellent restaurants

This private development comprises only16 houses and offers a number of attractive features for the discerning guest;

A children’s playground and open play area. Houses 3, 14 & 16 overlook playground.

Satellite TV including children and film channels

WiFi Internet access available free of charge to guests. (Please request at time of booking. NB: Houses 3, 5, 6, 7 & 16 have no WiFi access).

Each house has its' own enclosed private garden offering added security for young children and privacy.

In addition, there are two distinct house types of house to choose from, both of which have been recently refurbished.

House Type A: This elegant 3 bedroomed country style home fully furnished to the highest standards using the contemporary furnishings and fittings. A charming open entrance hall extends to the first floor, this feature providing excellent natural light to the first floor and entrance hall.

The open plan ground floor living area offers easy access to the kitchen/dining room and this gives the house a spacious and bright ambience. The ground floor is complete with a single bedroom and bathroom. A timber staircase leads to the first floor, which comprises two bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite and walk in wardrobe. There is also a good sized twin bedroom. The sunny open plan gallery, which overlooks the main entrance hall is an added feature to this property.

House Type B: This holiday home has all the charm and elegance of House Type A along with the added feature of a front sunroom. The Sunroom opens into a spacious living area, which in turn adjoins a modern spacious kitchen. A double bedroom en-suite is also situated on the ground floor.

The first floor has a single bedroom and a particularly spacious twin bedroom and has a separate bathroom. A large open landing upstairs provides a generous space, which is well lit by windows at both ends.

Please note that 3 of the holiday homes are now sleeping up to 6 people. House No. 5 is the disabled house and this has now two double beds, one downstairs and one upstairs. No's 7 and 9 have an additional single bed in the upstairs twin room.

Each house is furnished to a high quality and features TV, DVD player, Radio/CD player etc. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge freezer etc.

Extra Charges Electricity is taken by meter reading on arrival and again on departure and is an extra charge per holiday cottage. Please specify if WiFi is required at time of booking.

NB: Pets are not permitted at Grangecove - However GuideDogs are welcome.
