Green Acres is a three bedroom bungalow in a scenic rural setting on a working farm. Ideal for touring the West of Ireland with Knock Shrine just 8 km away and the pretty port town of Westport just 29km away. Excellent angling - River Moy, Lough Carra. Tackle shed. 18 hole golf course 11 km.

Centrally situated between the towns of Claremorris, Knock, Kiltimagh and Balla, this lovely cottage is in a tranquil scenic setting overlooking rolling pasturelands and quiet country meadows.

Accommodation:
There are three bedrooms and the house can sleep up to 8 people. Bedroom one has a double bed while bedrooms two and three both have a double and single bed.

In the bathroom, there is a bath with separate unit in the bathroom for electric shower. The sitting room has an open fire, and the fully fitted oak kitchen is equipped with washer/dryer, electric cooker, fridge and microwave. The living room is perfect for relaxing with TV & V.C.R., D.V.D. and radio.

Extra Charges:

Electricity and Oil are meter read and payable on departure.
A €150 Secuirty Deposit is requested on arrival - this will be refunded provided that there have been no breakages/damages and the house has been left in a clean and tidy condition.
