Kenmare Sunnyhill Holiday Homes are located just a 5 minute walk from Kenmare town centre. These semi-detached houses are perched on a site overlooking Kenmare. Each house has its own private and beautifully landscaped garden, the perfect setting from which to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside and the breathtaking scenery for which Kenmare is renowned.

These two-storey houses are designed to the very highest standards with a spacious lounge complete with comfortable furnishings and an electric fire. The open plan kitchen/dining area is fully equipped and has a sunny aspect.

Extra Charges:
Electricity & Oil is charged at €6 per day. This is paid to the supervisor on your departure or can be deducted from your security deposit.
A security deposit of €200 must be given to the supervisor on arrival. This will be returned to you provided the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with. For groups of 2 or more houses travelling together, the security deposit will be returned 7 days after departure.
Cots & highchairs should be pre-booked. Guests should bring along their own cot linen.
Pets are accepted on a request basis only (to be confirmed prior to arrival) at an additional cleaning charge of €30, payable onsite.
