House Overview

Set in one hundred and ten acres of the Shannon-Erne waterway, Riverrun is surrounded by beautiful pastoral scenery, lakes and mature woodland near the historic town of Belturbet in County Cavan.

The scandinavian design with its light open plan space with double height ceilings in the living area creates a casual living space ideal for holidays and entertain.

With nothing left to chance Riverrun has been conceived and developed as an exceptional destination for holiday makers seeking a revitalising experience.

Landscaping will add to the native flora on site maintaining the natural setting. All properties have decks to the front of the house with scenic views, however not all houses are riverside and house location cannot be guaranteed though all properties are within easy walking distance of jetties and the water.

Electricity & Gas: Utilities are charged at €10.00 per day throughout the year - payable onsite. This is in addition to the rate coated.

Bed linen provided but we do recommend that you bring towels. Cot and High Chair are charged at an extra rate of €25 per week.

***PLEASE NOTE: Please note that due to the peaceful & tranquil nature of Riverrun, house parties that would disrupt that atmosphere and would likely cause damage to the high standard of houses are not acceptable.***
