This development is fully landscaped with on-site tennis court and children's playground. With 5 miles of safe, Blue Flag sandy beach, Rosslare Strand is perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

Superbly furnished living room with open fire and colour TV. Modern kitchen is fully fitted and features a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Electric central heating. Bed linen and towels provided.

Rosslare, the 'suntrap' of Ireland, is an ideal setting for a holiday resort. A relaxing location with fine, sandy beaches, beautiful scenery and a wealth of healthy sporting & leisure activities and amenities.

In County Wexford there is always something happening! There are numerous festivals and events throughout the year - Enniscorthy Strawberry Fair, Kilmore Quay Seafood Festival, Wexford Races and Wexford Opera Festival.

Electricity is taken by meter reading on arrival and again on departure and is an extra charge.

A €100 Security Deposit is required on arrival, this will be refunded provided that there have been no breakages/damages and the house has been left in a clean and tidy condition.
