Summer bookings are Saturday to Saturday only.

Sam Maguire Holiday Complex is a new development of just 8 architect designed detached holiday homes. Their location, just 6 minutes from Dunmanway in the tranquil West Cork Countryside, makes them the ideal place to explore all that West Cork has to offer.

Each of these houses has been fitted out to the highest standards and decorated in rich creams, offering luxurious, spacious accommodation.

These three bedroomed houses can sleep up to 7 people.
The master bedroom has double bed, plasma screen television and an ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom has double and single bed, while the third bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom.

The beautifully fitted kitchen has light oak units and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with microwave, diswasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The living room is bright and airy space to relax with television, DVD player, open fire and black leather couches.

Extra Charges:

Electricity : Meter read on site and payable on departure.

Oil: €5 per day Jun/Jul/Aug and €7 per day for the rest of the year.

A Security Deposit is requested on arrival, this will be refunded provided that there have been no breakages/damages, and is charged as follows:

€150 per house for July / August

€250 per house for all other months

€500 per house on bank holidays and if more than one house is booked (with the exception of July & August).

Please note that towels are not provided.
