House Overview

This large 4 bedroom detached house is excellently located in the village of Riverchapel, close to the blue flag beach and amenities of Courtown. This is an ideal holiday base, approximately 60 miles from Dublin and 45 miles from Rosslare, with all the sights and attractions of the ‘Sunny South East’ within easy reach.


Located in a small development of holiday homes on landscaped grounds, the house is ideally situated with a local shop, restaurant, pub and beach within 5 minutes walk.

Courtown is less than a mile away and offers a broader range of amenities with a magnificent sandy beach and a host of tourist attractions.

The spacious open plan kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with all you will need for your holiday, including a dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, colour TV and DVD player. There are 4 bedrooms that sleep 8 – 1 bedroom with a double and single bed, 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom. downstairs has a double bedroom, shower room and single bedroom. All other bedrooms are upstairs. There are 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Electric central heating throughout and an open fire in the living room.

Bed linen is provided. Towels can also be provided for an additional charge if requested in advance of arrival.

Electricity is extra and is taken by meter reading and payable to the caretaker on departure.

This property is ideal for families. Unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings from groups of adults at this property, due to previous issues with bookings from groups of friends staying together.
