House Overview

This beautiful home, only a stroll from the harbour village of Liscannor, is an ideal base from which to explore the dramatic coastline of Clare and its attractions such as the Cliffs of Moher

Seamount has been tastefully furnished throughout. The open plan kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher, and there is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The cosy lounge is ideal for a relaxing night in and has open gas fire, leather couches, television and DVD player while the bright and airy sunroom has fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.

There are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom has an ensuite, there is a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom also. The main bathroom is located down stairs and it has a bath with a shower over the bath area.

Extra Charges:

Electricity is extra and taken by meter reading. The electricity is charged per unit used at the rate of 18 cent per unit.

The heating throughout the house is by gas which is extra and is charged at the rate of €3.04 per cubic metre used.

A €100 Security Deposit is requested on arrival - this will be refunded provided that there have been no breakages/damages and the house has been left in a clean and tidy condition.
