Sheen View is a small development of 12 holiday homes situated alongside the Kenmare Bay Estuary on the beautiful Ring of Kerry.

The houses are located just a short stroll from Kenmare town centre with its wonderful selection of Restaurants, Traditional Bars and Shops.

Each House has one double bedroom (ensuite) a twin bedroom and/or a single bedroom with separate bathroom.

These bright and spacious holiday homes can accommodate 5-6 people. The open plan living and kitchen area is comfortably furnished with open fire, while the kitchen is fitted all conveniences including washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave.

The houses have partially enclosed back gardens and there is private parking available for each house.

Extra Charges:
Electricity for heating and lighting is an extra charge and is payable on departure. Electricity is a set charge of €5.00 per day in summer months (July and August) and €7.00 per day for the rest of the year.
A Security Deposit of €200 must be given to the supervisor on arrival. This will be returned to you provided the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with.
Bed linen and towels are provided on site; however, we always recommend that guests bring along some extra towels.
Cots and highchairs should be pre-booked and guests should bring along their own cot linen.
