Sneem Village is a new build development of 3 bedroomed detatched houses located within the picturesque village of Sneem on the Ring of Kerry. These bright, spacious self catering holiday homes are beautifully finished with the comfort of the holiday maker in mind.

The houses have three bedrooms and can sleep up to six people with a master twin bedroom (with ensuite), a double bedroom and another double bedroom (with ensuite) downstairs.

The living/dining room is filled with light from two sets of double doors, and is comfortably furnished with TV, DVD player and open fire. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Extra Charges:

Electricity is charged at a minimum rate of €5 per night for June to Sept inclusive. For the rest of the year electricity is charged at a minimum rate of €7 per night. Should the usage exceed the above charges the balance is payable upon departure.

A refundable security deposit of €150 must be paid per house on arrival. For Bank Holiday Weekends / New Years Eve €250 is required in cash on arrival. The deposit will be refunded on/after departure once the local supervisor confirms the houses booked were left in an acceptable condition. If 2 or more houses are booked the security deposit is €500 per house.
