House Overview

These houses are just completed and face the "Mountcharles" stone with stunning view of St. John's Point Peninuala. Each property comprises of lounge, kitchen with dining area, utility room and 4 bedrooms. One double bedroom with ensuite is located downstairs. There are 2 double bedrooms upstairs with one ensuite and a single bedroom. The main bathroom is downstairs with jazucci bath and free standing shower.

The Kitchen has all modern conveniences with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave and fridge freezer.

The sitting room area is seperate from the kitchen. Satellite TV is available at these properties.

Extra Charges Each house is heated by oil heating, a usage of 50 litres per week is included in your rates, anything more would be charged by meter reading at the supplier rate.

ESB Rates will take a metre reading upon arrival and again on departure, the rate is the ESB Supply charge rate, payment should be made to the caretaker on departure.

A security deposit of €200 per property will be taken on arrival and returned on departure once the property is left in a clean and tidy.

Please note there are no cots or highchairs avaialble at the property.
