There are 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) with main bedroom en suite

The kitchen/dining and sitting room area has a balcony facing the front of the building.
The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bed linen provided.
Electric central heating and colour TV. There is an elevator to all floors. Private parking.

Extra Charges:

• Baby-sitting service available at an extra charge.
• Electricity is taken by meter reading on arrival and again on departure and is an extra charge.
• Security Deposit €50. Minus electricity and phone charges, the remainder is posted out after departure.
