House Overview

Villa Stephanie is a newly built small villa situated on the outskirts of the village of Perama on the top of a hill. Surrounded by olive trees and gardens, this delightful compact villa is only 7km from the nearest fishing village and beach of Panormo.

The accommodation is on two levels: on the ground floor is the comfortable, cozy, open plan sitting-dining area . Shower room/w.c. Well equipped kitchen . Stairs lead up to the bedrooms : one with double bed and doors to balcony and one with twin beds. Separate full bathroom.

The pool, approximately 7.5 m x 4m with Jacuzzi is set in a pool terrace surrounded by lawn and olive trees. BBQ

The house has air-conditioning/heating for a supplement of 10 euros per day.

Although the village of Perama is only 800m away and has a large variety of shops, tavernas and a hospital, a car is essential for exploring the area and the island. The fishing villages of Panormo and Bali with nice sandy beaches are only a short drive away. Margarides reknown for hand made ceramic products is only 5kms away and the famous Monastery of Akadi is 18kms away.
