House is situated in a hamlet of 3 houses. Equestrian centre nearby. 4-room house 110 m2: entrance hall. Living/dining room with 1 sofa bed, open fireplace and TV, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower. 1 room with 1 pull-out bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer) with bar. Bath-room, sep. WC. Terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Electric heating extra from 1 November to 30 April, to be paid for on site according to use. Deposit: 300 euros.
