House Overview

This fabulous 4 bedroom house located adjacent to the magnificent grounds of the Park Hotel in Virginia. It is a very peaceful setting beside a town that this bustling with activity.

This 4 bedroom house boasts many fine features and is finished to a very high standard with its own gym and traditional wooden sauna. This house has a large kitchen dining area which adjoins onto the living room. The kitchen has all mod cons and there is a TV, DVD, CD in the living room as well as a lovely natural gas fire. There is a double bedroom, 2 twin and a single bedroom and sleeps up to 7 persons comfortably. The double bedroom has an ensuite shower, there is a main bathroom and a downstairs toilet with shower.

The gardens to the front and rear are enclosed and have garden furniture. The house was established as an ECO friendly house and incorporates solar panels, natural gas, low energy appliances, high insulation and low energy lighting.

We ask you to refrain from smoking in the holiday home. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Electricity and heating are extra and payable locally and are meter read. Unfortunately we cannot accept pets. There is a travel cot available however we do not supply highchair or extra beds.

Electricity: Electricity is taken by meter reading on arrival and again on departure and is an extra charge.
