House Overview

The house is fitted out to a very high standard. The moment you enter the Gallery Style hallway you are filled with a sense of space.

Accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom ensuite downstairs. One double bedroom ensuite upstairs. Two twin bedrooms upstairs. The main bathroom is upstairs with a walk in shower. In addition there is a separate guest W.C. on the ground floor.

There is a large kitchen/dining room with separate seating area. French doors lead from here to a generous patio in the back garden. Also at ground level there is a large sitting room furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite t.v. and an open fire place.

Extra Charges ESB: Meter Reading taken on arrival and departure. Usage charged at std Rate as per ESB Invoices to include VAT. Payable in cash to caretaker at departure.

Security Deposit: €250 payable in cash or cheque to caretaker on arrival. Refundable on departure subject to satisfactory inventory check by caretaker.
