House Overview

Whelyn Lodges are three bedroomed self catering holiday homes situated over-looking the magnificent Bere Island and Berehaven Harbour. Beautifully designed, these residences are nestled comfortably within their natural surroundings.

The layout, design and finish of every house has been completed to the highest of specifications, with contemporary modern features such as jacuzzi bath and surround sound to enhance the comfort and enjoyment of your stay.

The houses have an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with television, DVD player and surround sound. There is also an open fire - ideal for relaxing nights in, and oil heating throughout.

The fully equipped kitchens have oven and hob, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.

The houses have three bedrooms: Two double bedrooms (one of which is ensuite) and a twin bedroom which also has an ensuite bathroom. There is also another toilet located on the ground floor.

Bed linen is included and towels are available to hire.

Extra Charges:

A Security Deposit of €100 is required on arrival, this is refunded provided that there have been no breakages/damages, and the house has been left in a clean and tidy condition.
Electricity is taken by meter reading on arrival and again on departure and is an extra charge.
Oil is charged at €3 per day (June, July & August), and €7 per day (Sept - end of May).

Bed linen is provided and towels are charged at €3 per set if required.
Cots/ Highchairs available on request prior to arrival at an additional charge of €5 each per stay
