Yew Wood Holiday Homes are 3 bedroom townhouses situated in Youghal town, overlooking the Blackwater Estuary. These holiday homes are located just one kilometre from Youghal's main street which boasts brightly painted shops, lively pubs, restaurants and cafes.

Just outside the town is a magnificent 5km stretch of sandy beach and along the coast you will find opportunities for a range of activities including angling, boating and windsurfing.

These spacious 3 bedroom properties are on an elevated site overlooking the Blackwater Estuary, one of Ireland's best-known salmon fishing rivers.

The houses have 3 bedrooms (Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third has a single bed), and can sleep up to 5 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/dryer, fridge, and cooker. Off the kitchen there is a sunroom with wicker furniture.
The separate living/dining room is comfortably furnished and includes TV, open fire and dining table and chairs.
These town houses have electric central heating and all bedlinen is supplied and cots are available on request.

Youghal enjoys a central position on the south coast of Ireland, making it an ideal base for exploring the area with Cork City, Kinsale and the quaint villages and rugged beauty of West Cork within easy driving distance.

Extra Charges:
Electricity is charged at a minimum rate of €5 per night for June to Sept inclusive. For the rest of the year electricity is charged at a minimum rate of €7 per night. Should the usage exceed the above charges the balance is payable upon departure.

Security Deposit:
A Security Deposit is required on arrival, this will be refunded on departure provided that there have been no breakages/damages.
€150 per house for July / August
€250 per house for all other months
€500 per house on bank holidays and if more than one house is booked (with the exception of July & August).

Pets are welcome at Yew Wood, an extra charge of €50 will apply. This is payable to the caretaker on arrival.
