House Overview

Beechview Apartments and Penthouses are situated on the N10 main Dublin road. It is a wonderful complex comprising of 4 Executive Apartments and 2 Penthouses. On the ground floor is Kilkenny’s award winning deli “Frescho”. To the rear of the building we provide private parking at night for all residents.

The Penthouses are on the 2nd floor and comprise of a 3 bedroom apartment. The 3 bedroom unit has 1 x double ensuite shower, 1 x single, 1 x double + single beds ensuite as well as the main bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath (sleeps 6). The living area has a 42” plasma screen TV. Should you require the 3 bedroom (sleep 7: 1 x double ensuite, 1 x twin, 1 x double + single ensuite) penthouse please contact us for availability.

Each unit has an open plan kitchen, dining, living area with all mod cons, gas fire as well as a balcony off the living areas and have all been furnished and equipped to the highest possible standards, with multi-channel TV and broadband throughout.

We would request that you refrain from smoking in the apartments, smoking is allowed on the balcony. We regret that we cannot accept pets at this location.

Heating and electric are included in the rate as are bed linen and towels. A cot and high chair can be supplied (by request) and an extra bed can be put into the 3 bedroom executive apartment or the penthouses.
